Where can I find the programme?
The programme is published on our website; during Carnaval, it will also be available at Information Points located in the city centre (Plac Litewski).
How can I get to the venue? How much time will it take?
The events will be held in the Old Town and near the Lublin Castle, located within walking distance to the Central Bus Station (for those of you travelling by a mini-bus or by bus). You can get there on foot or you can take a bus. If you travel by train, you can take a bus or a trolleybus from bus stops located in front of the Central Railway Station (all necessary details are available in the Useful Information section). You can also take a taxi to get to the city centre from the Railway Station. If you use public transport, the journey should take up to 25 minutes, if you go by taxi – up to 15 minutes.
I would like to do some sightseeing in and near the city during my stay. Where can I get some useful information?
We recommend visiting our Tourist Information Centre located at Krakowskie Przedmieście 6
20-002 Lublin, tel. 81 532 44 12, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org adres www: www.lublintravel.pl, www.lubelskietravel.pl
Is it allowed to bring alcohol to the events?
No. Alcohol is not allowed.
Do I have to pay for attending Carnaval?
Almost all Carnaval events taking place outdoors are completely free. The few shows that require tickets have a limited number of places available due to the capacity of halls and tents where they take place. Tickets for paid performances can be purchased online and at the venue an hour before each show.
